📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Prepare and present audit reports and recommendations to senior management.,Review financial records and documents to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.,Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide support in the development and implementation of internal audit plans.,Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and checklists.,Participate in training and development programs for internal audit staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
