📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day management of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to maintain high-quality standards.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage staff and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
