📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges.,Stock shelves and ensure the shop is well-stocked.,Assist with the preparation of orders and deliveries.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly targets.,Assist with any additional tasks as required by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software is desirable.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
