📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce listings on Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada, ensuring accurate product descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
• Create and manage social media campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to engage our audience and drive traffic to our online stores.
• Monitor and analyze sales data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote our products and services, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to our campaigns.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials such as banners, flyers, and digital ads to support our marketing efforts.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, either in-house or agency, with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Proficient in using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
