Hotel Tono Fried Chicken is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure adequate stock levels and timely restocking.,Implement quality control measures to ensure the freshness and safety of all ingredients.,Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality standards.,Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain optimization.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and suppliers is a plus.
