Star Food Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and maintaining efficiency in our food production facility. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient output.,Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and compliance with regulations.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to identify and address any issues or defects.,Maintain accurate records of production data, including inventory levels and production schedules.,Collaborate with the team to improve production processes and implement best practices.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production facility.,Manage inventory levels and order raw materials as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production and distribution processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar production role.,Proven track record of managing production processes and ensuring quality control.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food production processes and quality control standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and data recording.,Experience with remote work and familiar with using online collaboration tools.
