Bold Tech Pratama is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and implement training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop training plans.,Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Collaborate with managers and HR to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and online training tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
