📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate and up-to-date bank records.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax returns.,Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
