In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling and insightful annual and sustainability reports that communicate our company's achievements, challenges, and future plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing, design, and sustainability reporting, and will be able to work both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality reports on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design annual and sustainability reports that effectively communicate our company's performance, achievements, and sustainability initiatives to stakeholders.,Conduct research and gather data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of reports.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback on report content and design.,Work with graphic designers and other stakeholders to ensure the visual appeal and readability of reports.,Edit and proofread reports to maintain a high standard of quality and consistency.,Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and reporting standards in sustainability and annual reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Sustainability, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in writing, editing, or designing reports, preferably in the sustainability or corporate reporting field.,Strong understanding of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.,Experience with design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
