Berkah Adi Shop is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers.,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to customers and internal teams on the use of our products and services.,Participate in product development and improvement initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and processes.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
