📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial advice to senior management and assist in the development of financial strategies.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed.,Conduct regular reviews of financial records and processes to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
