📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet operations.,Monitor and maintain vehicle schedules and routes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to resolve issues and maintain communication.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of fleet reports and documentation.,Support the Fleet Manager in planning and organizing fleet maintenance and repairs.,Assist in the management of fuel and other operational expenses.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other fleet personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
