In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily production activities, managing a team of production staff, and ensuring that all products are produced to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to plan and execute production schedules.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages.,Train and develop production staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet the required standards.,Manage and resolve any production issues or discrepancies promptly.,Prepare and maintain production reports and records for internal review.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of food production processes and best practices.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.
