📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, from vendor selection to contract negotiation,Maintain and update procurement records and databases,Monitor and analyze procurement spending to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate better deals,Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related field,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
