Accurately interpret and convey messages between Japanese clients and Indonesian team members.,Ensure clear and effective communication in all meetings, discussions, and documentation.,Understand and respect cultural differences to facilitate smooth interactions.,Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.,Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings and events as needed.,Provide support in training and development programs for the Indonesian team.,Collaborate with other team members to achieve organizational goals.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese.,Proficient in Indonesian language.,Previous experience as an interpreter or in a similar role is a plus.,Background in manufacturing, engineering, or related fields is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and respectful demeanor.,Willingness to travel as needed.
