📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular operational audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and reports.
  • Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations management (preferably in a similar industry).
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
