PRISM Dinamis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary equipment, food, and beverages are available and ready for events.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are well-prepared and able to handle any challenges that may arise.,Monitor event budgets and ensure they are being adhered to, while also identifying opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability.,Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on event progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed, and that the event venue is safe and secure for all attendees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any relevant improvements to our banquet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in banquet operations.,Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients, vendors, and team members.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is a plus.
