📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Translate documents, reports, and communications between Mandarin and Indonesian.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the local team.
- Ensure accurate and timely translation of technical and operational documents.
- Collaborate with various departments to support their communication needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in translation.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve translation processes.
- Assist in training and onboarding new Mandarin speakers in the company.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and Indonesian languages.
- Familiarity with mining and industrial terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
