📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting job postings and advertising to attract potential candidates.
  • Screening and evaluating resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates.
  • Assessing candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
