IRIS Group is looking for a talented and motivated Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize distribution processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth and effective distribution operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability for customer orders.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular reviews and analysis of distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of distribution activities and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates on distribution performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
