📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
