📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations and policies.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.,Collaborating with external auditors and other stakeholders as required.,Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Identifying and assessing risks to the organization and proposing mitigation strategies.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all audit activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
