📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
