City Developments is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive to join our Leasing team for our prestigious Luxury Residential project, LeGrove. Located in the heart of Canggu, Bali, LeGrove offers an exclusive living experience with world-class amenities and a prime location.

As a Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and leasing efforts for our luxury residential units. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic leasing plans, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of leasing transactions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to meet sales targets and achieve project milestones.
• Manage and maintain a high volume of client inquiries and appointments, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury residential market.
• Negotiate and finalize leasing agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of leasing transactions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on leasing activities and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and potential clients.
• Represent City Developments at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the leasing and sales of luxury residential properties, preferably in a high-end market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of local regulations and market trends in the luxury residential sector.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
