📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and route planning.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Monitor vehicle performance and implement measures to improve fuel efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of vehicle condition and driver performance.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance fleet productivity and customer satisfaction.,Provide training and support to new drivers and mechanics.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate regular reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a fleet of vehicles and drivers.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
