Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and grow the real estate and auto financing portfolio, with a focus on performance-based incentives.
• Develop and implement loan origination, underwriting, and servicing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Conduct market analysis and research to identify new opportunities and trends in the real estate and auto financing markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, risk, and compliance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the loan management team.
