📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify best practices.,Provide operational support and guidance to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
