📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support and assist in the management of global legal operations, including contract management, legal research, and compliance activities.,Coordinate with legal teams across different regions to ensure consistency and adherence to international laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports.,Provide legal advice and support to business units on a variety of legal matters.,Monitor and report on legal risks and opportunities, ensuring proactive management of legal issues.,Stay updated with changes in international laws and regulations, and advise on their potential impact on the business.,Collaborate with external legal counsel and consultants to provide expert legal advice and support.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, both locally and internationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal operations or a related field, preferably in an international environment.,Strong knowledge of international laws and regulations, including those related to business, trade, and employment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.,Experience with legal technology and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
