As a Commis Chef at Excelso Multi Rasa, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our kitchens run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our Head Chefs and other culinary team members to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Work closely with Head Chefs and other culinary team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Keep track of inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and learn from others.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with using kitchen equipment and tools such as grills, ovens, and fryers.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and cooking techniques quickly.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about the culinary arts.
