As a Debt Collection Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our Finance & Recovery Team, using tools like SAP and Microsoft Office Suite to track and manage overdue payments. Your daily tasks will include contacting debtors, negotiating settlements, and ensuring that our company’s financial obligations are met. You will work closely with our legal team to handle complex cases and ensure that all processes are in compliance with Indonesian regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful debt collection and recovery.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and laws.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
