📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for the Junior Programme, aligning with national and international educational standards.
• Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters holistic development in students with special needs.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students and parents to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in special education, incorporating new methodologies into the curriculum.
• Work closely with administrators to ensure the smooth operation of the Junior Programme and the overall school.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians to keep them informed and involved in their child's educational journey.
• Represent the school at educational conferences, workshops, and events to share insights and best practices with the wider community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in special education, preferably in a leadership role.
• Certification in Special Education (e.g., BCBA, SPED, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective curricula in special education settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and learning management systems.
