🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding client satisfaction and retention goals.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
