As a Finance & Accounting Supervisor, you will manage a team of 5-7 staff, including accountants, tax specialists, and import coordinators. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring financial reports, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to enhance our financial health. You will work closely with our management team to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Manage the tax department, ensuring compliance with all local and international tax regulations.
• Lead the import operations team, overseeing the entire import process from documentation to payment.
• Supervise a team of 5-7 staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial records are maintained using SAP and other accounting software.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement in financial processes.
• Collaborate with external auditors and consultants to ensure compliance and optimize financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in using SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and other accounting software.
• Certification in tax accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
