As our Enterprise Compliance Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compliance programs that meet regulatory requirements and support business objectives. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that compliance is embedded in all business processes. Your daily tasks will include conducting risk assessments, developing compliance policies and procedures, and monitoring compliance activities. You will also be involved in training and awareness programs to ensure that all employees understand their compliance responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement compliance programs that meet regulatory requirements and support business objectives
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address compliance issues
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Monitor compliance activities and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Conduct training and awareness programs to ensure employee understanding of compliance responsibilities
• Work with cross-functional teams to embed compliance in all business processes
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices
• Report on compliance status and provide recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in compliance architecture or a similar role
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CRISC are a plus
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, or SOX
• Proficient in using compliance management tools such as SAP GRC, IBM Security Governance, Risk and Compliance, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
