• Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of jewelry displays to ensure they are attractive and inviting.
• Use our customer relationship management software to track customer interactions and preferences, providing personalized service.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in jewelry design and industry news.
• Assist in the organization and management of inventory, ensuring that our stock is well-organized and easily accessible.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the jewelry industry, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent knowledge of jewelry types, materials, and design principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Familiarity with our customer relationship management software is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
