Join PT Kaia Anugerah Indonesia as a Landscape Supervisor and lead high-impact landscaping projects across Bali’s most prestigious locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. This is a unique opportunity to manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of stunning landscapes for luxury resorts, hotels, and private estates. You’ll work closely with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll be responsible for supervising landscaping activities, including planting, irrigation, and hardscaping. You’ll also coordinate with local suppliers to source high-quality materials and equipment. This role offers the chance to work in one of the world’s most beautiful destinations while contributing to the development of some of Bali’s most iconic landscapes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of landscaping projects for luxury resorts, hotels, and private estates.
Supervise a team of landscapers, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Source and manage supplies and equipment from local suppliers.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability best practices.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase completed projects and maintain client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in landscaping project management, with a focus on high-end residential and commercial projects.
Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of landscapers.
Strong knowledge of landscaping software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Familiarity with local regulations and best practices for landscaping in Bali.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, architects, and contractors.
Ability to travel frequently to different project sites across Bali.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
