As an Operational Cake Courier, you'll be responsible for delivering freshly baked cakes and pastries to various locations, ensuring that each order is handled with care and delivered to the highest standards. You'll use our fleet of vehicles equipped with GPS tracking to navigate the bustling streets of Bali, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Deliver freshly baked cakes and pastries to customers within specified time frames.
Use GPS and navigation tools to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle to ensure the safety and quality of the products.
Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details and handle any special requests.
Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure the safe handling and transportation of food products.
Monitor delivery routes and adjust as necessary to optimize efficiency and reduce delivery times.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that each delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Work collaboratively with the bakery team to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar delivery or courier role.
Familiarity with GPS and navigation tools such as Google Maps or Waze.
Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for deliveries.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
Familiarity with the local area and traffic patterns in Bali.
