📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually compelling designs for our marketplace, e-commerce platform, and product branding
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop engaging visuals that drive customer engagement and sales
• Design product packaging, marketing materials, and promotional content for our online store
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in the industry
• Conduct market research to identify design opportunities and trends that align with our target audience
• Present design concepts and proposals to the team and stakeholders
• Provide design support to the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with e-commerce and marketplace design principles
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
