📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our buildings meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our projects.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and internal reviews.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and support staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong background in residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid professional engineering license or certification preferred.
