📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mitigate labor relations issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Negotiate collective agreements and employee benefits.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement feedback.
• Develop and deliver training programs on labor relations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the HR team to address employee concerns and grievances.
• Monitor labor market trends and advise on strategic workforce planning.
• Prepare and present reports on labor relations activities to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Certification in Industrial Relations (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
