📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate clients' communication and swallowing disorders using standardized tools and techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills.
• Utilize SLP software like RazorTalk and SpeechView to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and educators, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families to promote independence and confidence.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in speech-language pathology through continuous education and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in speech-language pathology, with a focus on communication and swallowing disorders.
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
